Modern Litho in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Bindery Operator Assistant to support finishing operations such as stitching, cutting, coiling, gluing, and packaging. You’ll help maintain timely workflows and quality.

This day shift runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with possible overtime. The role involves routine machine upkeep, data entry for job tracking, strong attendance, and a readiness to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Freshly Printed: The Role You've Been Looking For

As a Bindery Operator Assistant, you support production by assisting with finishing processes such as collating, stitching, cutting, and packaging materials. You help maintain accurate time and material tracking to support efficient operations. In this role, you assist with machine upkeep through cleaning, basic maintenance, and helping troubleshoot minor issues. You play an important part in keeping workflow steady, quality consistent, and the team moving forward.

From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process
