Job summary

Sheridan in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Bindery Assistant to help operators by managing the flow of materials on binding lines and supporting the mailing process in the Finishing Department.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7 AM–3 PM (40 hours/week) with overtime as needed. A $1,000 hiring bonus is provided after 12 weeks. Sheridan offers strong training, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must work overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and reach.
• Safety shoes and hearing protection required.

Responsibilities

• Support operators with machine operation and feed materials onto binding lines.
• Manage the flow of materials onto and off binding lines and assist in mailing processes.
• Assist in all hand-related operations in the Finishing Department.
• Perform related duties as required to maintain workflow and safety tightly.
