RRD is seeking a Bindery Operator 1 (Folder, Kluge, and/or UV operator) in Timonium, MD for 1st shift. This full-time role offers hourly compensation and a benefits package. You will operate bindery equipment, monitor quality, and direct crew to meet production goals.

Compensation ranges from $18.48 to $26.93 per hour, with potential overtime and shift differentials. RRD emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate bindery machines including folders, cutters, collators and glue lines.
• Inspect equipment for safety and maintain machine readiness.
• Direct crew through all aspects of production and monitor quality and productivity.
• Read job orders and interpret dimensional requirements to adjust settings.
• Familiarity with different paper weights, sizes, and colors to identify conditions.
