Job summary

Baesman Group, Inc. is seeking a Bindery Operator to set up and operate finishing equipment, producing high-quality printed materials for national clients. On-the-job training is provided to develop mechanical skills and a strong work ethic. You’ll work in a safe, team-focused environment with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities include following job tickets, ensuring quality, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Basic math skills including decimals and measurement units
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Previous bindery or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Are you mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and interested in learning a skilled trade? Join Baesman Group as a Bindery Operator and help create high-quality printed products for leading national retailers, universities, hospitality organizations, and Fortune 500 companies.

As a Bindery Operator, you will set up and operate equipment that puts the finishing touches on our clients’ work. Depending on the job, you may cut, fold, die cut, saddle stitch, drill, pad, or score printed materials.

Previous bindery experience is helpful, but it is not required. If you have mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on work, and are willing to learn, we will provide on-the-job training to help you develop your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate bindery and finishing equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
