Job summary

Streamworks, LLC in Blaine, MN is seeking a Bindery Operator for the 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday). This full-time role finishes printed and laser printed materials by cutting, folding, gluing, and stitching.

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, with a competitive benefits package. Ideal candidates will read job tickets, follow procedures, operate and maintain equipment, and record data accurately using data collection systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience setting up and operating lettershop equipment.
• Ability to sort and prepare mail while following USPS rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow job tickets and customer instructions.
• Set up, operate and maintain the assigned equipment.
• Input data into data collection systems.
• Communicate with Supervisor or Lead Operator.
• Coordinate with incoming shift staff via the Crossover Log Book.
• Ensure accuracy in sign-off and continuity processes.
