Summary:

A successful candidate must be familiar with any or all of the following: Perfect Binders, Stitchers, Folders, Creasers, Guillotine Cutters as well as Punch and Bind equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Experienced operatorwith Make ready, operation, and maintenance of bindery equipment
• Required to keep good records and ensure product meets quality standards
• Maintain safety and OSHA standards as well as a professional work area.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with supervision, tech support, and other associates.
• Additional finishing equipment or electro-mechanical experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to understand printing jobs and instructions
• Must be a team player who is detail-orientated and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more unassisted
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods
• Willing to work weekly overtime and weekend as needed
• Successful candidate is punctual, follows directions, ask questions, is energetic and conscious with a can do attitude!
