Starting Rate: $21.39-$26.75 with a 7% increase for second and third shifts.

Work Hours: 11pm – 7am or 3pm – 11pm

Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for the South Plant.

As a Forklift Operator, you will:

• Drive our forklifts and move material from one place to another.
• Inventory Control using materials management system (COMN).
• Organize storage space.
• Load and unload materials and trucks as needed.
• Perform daily safety checks.
• Replace batteries and gas tanks.
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.
• Receive training to help advance your career.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds
• Ability to sit for the duration of your shift

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
