Job summary

Linemark Printing Inc. is seeking dependable Bindery Workers for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Upper Marlboro, MD. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with initial training on the 2nd shift to prepare for the 3rd shift.

Shifts include 3rd (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 2nd (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), and limited 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) based on staffing needs. Prior bindery or printing experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous bindery or printing industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Now Hiring: Bindery Workers - 2nd & 3rd Shift

Linemark Printing is hiring Bindery Workers for our upcoming busy season!

Linemark has operated successfully in the printing industry for over 35 years and has established a strong reputation for quality and reliability.

We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Bindery Department. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be considered based on experience and availability.

Available Shifts

3rd Shift (Primary Hiring Need): 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• We are primarily hiring candidates for our overnight third shift.
• Selected candidates will initially work2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) for approximately one week to complete training before transitioning to third shift.

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• We are also hiring candidates interested in working second shift.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Limited opportunities may be considered based on experience and staffing needs.
