BuggyBusters in Douglasville, GA is seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to deliver a positive, fast-paced shopping experience in person. You will greet customers, answer questions, help locate products, and process purchases while supporting inventory and store upkeep.

Applicants should have strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills. You must be able to stand 8–12 hours, lift up to 30 lbs, and pass a drug screen. Starting pay is $15 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience in retail sales a plus.
