Job summary

BuggyBusters is seeking a Warehouse Groundsman in Douglasville, GA to keep the processing floor stocked and running smoothly. You will deliver pallets, stage merchandise, inspect items, and assist Processors to maintain peak productivity.

The role requires standing for 8–10 hours, lifting up to 35 lbs, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Pay is $15.00 per hour and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, retail, and/or distribution experience including receiving, stocking, or material handling.
• Prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and bending (8-10 hours per shift).
• Must lift 35 pounds independently; higher weight with a team.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple Processor stations.
• Attention to detail and quality standards.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pallets of unprocessed merchandise to Processor stations, ensuring a continuous flow of work at all times.
• Open boxes and stage product for Processors to inspect and scan.
• Perform pre-inspection of incoming merchandise for obvious damage or unsellable items before delivering to Processors.
• Move completed pallets out of processing stations, shrink wrap them, and stage for loading onto retail trucks.
• Monitor and manage your assigned group of Processors’ workflow to meet overall production targets.
• Build secure, organized pallets for safe transport.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while remaining on your feet for 8-10 hours per day.
• Be adaptable to changing priorities and volume fluctuations with a high level of urgency.
• Support additional team efforts when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.

What You Will Do
