Job summary

BuggyBusters, Inc. in Douglasville, GA seeks an Auction Stock Associate to keep merchandise moving, stock sales areas, and prepare auction spaces for customers. You’ll work with a team in a fast-paced environment, staying active and contributing to daily priorities.

The role involves stocking, organizing products, assisting with loading, and supporting other auction operations as needed. Starting pay is $15.00/hour with benefits and PTO.

  • Help reset and prepare areas for upcoming auctions and sales.
  • Identify misplaced merchandise and help get it back where it belongs.

Auction Stock Associate
Position Summary

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy staying active and contributing to a fast-paced auction environment. As an Auction Stock Associate, you’ll help keep merchandise moving, sales areas stocked, and auction spaces organized, safe, and ready for customers.

No two days are exactly the same. You may stock merchandise, organize products, set up sales areas, help locate customer purchases, or assist with larger items. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, likes staying busy, and works well with a team to get things done.

What You’ll Do
  • Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the auction area.
  • Move merchandise from staging areas to the appropriate locations.
  • Keep products organized, accessible, and ready for customers.
  • Consolidate and rearrange merchandise to make the best use of available space.
  • Help reset and prepare areas for upcoming auctions and sales.
  • Identify misplaced merchandise and help get it back where it belongs.
Support Auction Operations
  • Help with daily setup and breakdown of merchandise and auction areas.
  • Organize and prepare merchandise that needs to be moved, processed, or relisted.
  • Keep pallet and merchandise areas organized and easy to navigate.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving merchandise throughout the facility.
  • Assist customers with loading larger or heavier purchases when needed.
  • Jump in and support other areas of the operation when extra hands are needed.
Keep Things Clean & Safe
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and customer‑ready auction and sales areas.
  • Remove empty boxes, packaging, and trash throughout the day.
  • Keep aisles, walkways, and work areas clear and safe.
  • Sweep and straighten assigned areas as needed.
  • Keep merchandise and workspaces organized so the team can work efficiently.
  • Speak up when you notice a safety concern or something that needs attention.
Be Part of the Team
  • Work with teammates and supervisors to complete daily priorities.
  • Stay productive and look for the next task that needs to be completed.
  • Follow daily checklists and established procedures.
  • Communicate with management when you find missing merchandise, safety concerns, or other issues.
  • Bring a dependable, positive attitude and contribute to a team environment where everyone pitches in.

Physical Requirements & Qualifications

This is an active, hands‑on position. Team members should be able to safely and consistently meet the following requirements:

  • Stand and walk for 8–12 hours during a shift.
  • Regularly bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving merchandise.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail‑oriented and organized.
