Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona is seeking a Virtual Construction Division Manager to lead our BIM-driven team in Mesa, AZ, coordinating preconstruction and on-site work with estimators, schedulers, superintendents, and project managers.

You will manage BIM standards, Revit/AutoCAD workflows, and multi-project coordination, while mentoring staff and presenting progress to clients on deadlines and scope.

Qualifications

• BIM/Revit in construction experience required.
• Advanced AutoCAD MEP and Revit/MEP knowledge.
• Proficient with BIM modeling and design coordination.
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Documents project correspondence, issues, decisions and directions.
• Defines and manages scope, design intent and process for supervisor review.
• Coordinates with internal design team on drafting/modeling tasks.
• Manages multiple internal clients and projects concurrently.
• Responds to deadlines and negotiates schedules with clients.
