As a BIM/VDC Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing BIM protocols and templates.
• Collaborating with project teams to strategize and implement BIM technology for complex construction projects.
• Using Revit to create detailed 3D models for electrical layouts.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of BIM data produced by the project team.
• Training and supporting team members in the use of BIM technology and standards.
• Coordinating and managing the project delivery process with the project team.
• Conducting clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest BIM and VDC technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need to have the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM/VDC roles in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Revit for Electrical layouts.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and techniques.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
