About the Role:

If you are an experienced BIM Specialist who wants to implement interesting and challenging tasks, grow as an international expert and work in a professional environment of like-minded people, we will be happy to welcome you to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of BIM models for HVAC engineering systems in Revit
• Creation of construction drawings
• Ensure BIM models meet project requirements and standards, addressing errors and maintaining accuracy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in BIM design (Revit MEP, Navisworks);
• English at B2-C1 level;
• Experience in working with and setting up fabrication parts for pipes and ducts (required)
• Understanding of US building standards and codes
• Soft Skills: attention to detail, initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exciting large-scale international projects
• 40-hour working week with overtime compensation
• Ability to work remotely, either from a comfortable office in Ivano-Frankivsk
• Salary review based on performance
