Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a BIM/VDC Piping Project Lead to model one or more systems, ensuring timely, high-quality shop drawings for fabrication and installation. The role oversees 3D modeling and coordination across projects, delivering efficient and value-driven BIM outputs.

Responsibilities include planning with BIM/VDC leadership, reading specs, and coordinating with field teams to optimize routing and data accuracy. 5% travel is anticipated to job sites and offices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in BIM MEP processes.
• Advanced building systems, code, fabrication, and installation knowledge.
• Advanced software (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Fabrication, and Bluebeam) knowledge.
• Complete understanding of the BIM/VDC process.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading a small team of BIM professionals.

Responsibilities

• Read specifications and contract documents and establish a project plan within BIM budget.
• Produce accurate, annotated installation and layout drawings.
• Collaborate with BIM/VDC leadership to identify routing efficiencies.
• Communicate the execution plan to BIM/VDC team and partners.
• Quality control BIM outputs on the project(s).
• Master BIM/VDC processes including clash detection and data embedding.
• Ensure BIM/VDC personnel adhere to protocols.
• Manage models and drawings through the project lifecycle.
