Job summary

Grote Enterprises/CINFAB/TJ Dyer/Commercial HVAC is seeking a lead for its BIM Coordination team to convert preliminary piping and plumbing designs into detailed construction drawings that align with contract documents, equipment, and submittals.

You will schedule and manage the BIM Coordinators, lead coordination efforts on complex projects, and mentor the team to apply Revit standards and deliver clash-free drawings on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Lead and coordinate BIM activities on large, complex projects.
• Train and mentor BIM Coordinators to improve skills and efficiency.
• Ensure coordination outputs align with contract documents and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule the piping and plumbing BIM Coordinators
• Lead coordination process on projects from start to finish
• Assist in training and development of BIM Coordinators
• Produce installation drawings with appropriate detail to facilitate construction
• Identify conflicts and missing information in contract documents and generate RFIs
