Qualifications

• 0–3 years BIM, VDC, construction, engineering, architecture, drafting, or trade coordination experience.
• BIM/VDC coordination and document control are required.
• Proficiency with common BIM tools and 3D modeling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist BIM/VDC coordination meetings with design consultants, subcontractors, and owners.
• Support model setup, reviews, and issue tracking across architectural, structural, MEP, and coordination models.
• Assist preparation of coordination exhibits, visuals, and logs for project teams.
