The ideal candidate has Revit and Navisworks experience, strong clash detection skills, and the ability to support prefabrication, sequencing, and as-built documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM/VDC Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit/Navisworks.
• Ability to model detailed electrical systems and coordinate trades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems.
• Model conduit, cable tray, lighting, power distribution, and equipment.
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and structural teams.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design/installation conflicts.
• Produce installation drawings and shop drawings for field crews.
• Support project sequencing, planning, and visualization with BIM.
