Job summary

Romanoff Electric is seeking a BIM / VDC Coordinator based in Toledo, OH. The role involves coordinating 2D and 3D models, supporting shop drawing production, and collaborating with project management and engineering teams on a fast-paced construction site.

The candidate should have strong Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks skills, experience with NEC standards, and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. This in-person position requires travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; journeyman license proof required for electrician path.
• 2+ years drafting experience; 3+ preferred; familiar with construction drawings and NEC.
• Strong 3D coordination knowledge and ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical plans.

Responsibilities

• Review 2D/3D electrical drawings for field installations and coordination.
• Participate in coordination meetings to resolve clashes while respecting budget and NEC.
• Produce shop drawings and cross-sections of underground conduits and cables.
