Qualifications

• Minimum two years of directly related experience with Mechanical, Plumbing, or Electrical systems design, layout, construction, and project model set-up.
• Understanding of Construction Drawings and Documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk software (Revit, Navisworks, MEP Fabrication).
• Practical experience with Bluebeam and MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Autodesk software to create 3D models and 2D documents for construction purposes (Revit, Add-Ins, Fabrication, Navisworks, Recap, ACC).
• Update and maintain BIM models and drawings; generate views, sheets, and annotations.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of installations and spooling.
• Assist in coordination of assemblies and installation details within BIM models.
