Job summary

Exante360, Inc. is seeking a BIM Technician II to support project teams and the ECOE using Revit for low voltage systems design. You will transfer concepts into accurate Revit models, manage BIM data, and participate in design reviews and QA/QC.

The role emphasizes collaboration with designers, BIM staff, and project managers in a fast-paced environment, with ongoing learning in AI-enabled workflows and technology integration.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years Revit experience.
  • Experience generating Revit families and project standards.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining complex Revit models.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks 3D coordination software.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the architectural process and ability to produce construction documents.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, data analytics, or other emerging technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project team to establish drawings and documents from concept to completion.
  • Review and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models for changes; revise components using procedures and BIM standards.
  • Facilitate construction drawings including views, details, and line drawings of equipment or systems.
  • Organize BIM project setup, data sets, and workflow.
  • Adhere to architectural BIM execution plans and client standards.
  • Weekly/daily Revit model management and maintenance.
  • Assist in clash detection of 3D models as it relates to devices and pathways.
  • Maintain Revit libraries and expand the family library.
  • Support QA/QC protocols for tasks and deliverables.
  • Provide training to designers and BIM technicians.

You’ll collaborate internally with senior consultants, designers, BIM Staff, and others to assist our clients with decision making related to a variety of low voltage systems design projects. Your role will require the ability to transfer design concepts and sketches into accurate Revit models.Exante360 is building an AI-forward organization. Ideal candidates are proactive in learning and applying new technologies, comfortable integrating AI tools into their workflow where appropriate, and capable of combining technology with sound business judgment to deliver exceptional results.What You’ll DoCollaborate with the project team to establish drawings and documents from concept to completion; review and interpret 2D drawings and 3D models for changes; revise necessary components using Exante360 documented procedures, BIM standards, and applications.Facilitate the completion of construction drawings which may include multiple views, detail drawings and line drawings indicating components of equipment, facilities, or systems.Organize BIM project setup, data sets, and workflow.Adhere to architectural BIM execution plans as well as any client or project standards.Weekly/daily Revit model management administration and maintenance.Assist in clash detection of 3D models as it relates to our devices and pathways.Assist with maintaining Revit libraries as well as expanding the current family library.Maintain an understanding of QA / QC protocol for all assigned tasks.Provide support on various tasks required for the successful completion of the project such as project scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.Work in conjunction with technology designers and project managers to meet scheduled deliverables deadlines and milestones.Assist new designers and BIM technicians with necessary training.Continually research new methods to improve existing workflows.Effective communication and project documentation.Work closely with the project team in a high performance and dynamic environment.Participate in a minimum of 4 hours per month of continuing professional development/education - products, technology, codes, and skills development.
