Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is looking for a BIM Technician in Phoenix, Arizona. You will play a key role in delivering BIM and CAD project documentation, collaborating with teams to develop coordinated models and drawings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience in the engineering or contractor industry.
• Familiarity with MEP design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Revit models and CAD drawings.
• Manage project workflows in ACC/BIM 360.
• Produce 2D documentation and coordinated 3D models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM/CAD standards.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD

Strong working knowledge of Revit

Understanding of BIM principles

Attention to detail

Experience with clash detection in Revit

Verbal and written communication skills
