Job summary

Actalent is seeking a BIM Technician in Fishers, IN on a hybrid schedule. You will create and update building models using Revit, support BIM coordination across disciplines, and assist with clash detection using Navisworks.

You will produce drawings and documentation, coordinate model changes, and collaborate with designers, engineers, and construction teams to resolve coordination issues. The role emphasizes growth into advanced electrical design responsibilities.

Fishers, IN | Hybrid Schedule

Position Overview

We are seeking a BIM Technician to join a growing design team in Fishers, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong Revit/BIM

foundation who wants to expand their technical skills, work on commercial and industrial projects, and grow into more advanced design responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and update building models using Autodesk Revit
• Support BIM coordination across multiple construction disciplines
• Assist with model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks
• Produce and update drawings and construction documentation
• Coordinate model changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Work with designers, engineers, and construction teams to identify and resolve coordination issues

Compensation

• $60,000$75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
• Additional compensation flexibility may be available for candidates with more advanced Revit, BIM coordination, or electrical experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fishers, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.87/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
