What You'll Do

– Provide support for projects and Lead BIM technicians

– Proficient at drafting markups from designers and engineers

– Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navis, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Windows to support project delivery, including set up and maintenance

– Clear understanding of project Revit/CAD BIM Technician tasks

– Contribute to BIM 360 / ACC modules and model exchange process with supervision of lead

– Display a clear understanding of project deliverable requirements for BIM technicians

– Support quality control of engineering drawings for consistency and legibility

– Ensure accurate and efficient exports using CAD & Revit

– Lead the PAE record drawing and printing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards through quality checks and reviews

– Execute the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for projects

– Familiar with BIM standard documentation, project proposals, & BIM Execution plans

– Deliver exceptional client care

– Facilitate Revit kickoff meetings with support from Lead BIM technician as needed

– Communicate effectively with team members

– Contribute to BIM development tasks and PAE standard projects as needed

– Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

– Associates degree or equivalent work experience

– Required: 2+ years of industry experience or equivalent experience

– Preferred: Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Mechanical or Electrical Design

– Preferred: Autodesk Certified Professional in AutoCAD for Design and Drafting

– Willingness to travel

– Team player

– Reliable and flexible in style of work and able to maintain a positive attitude

– Detail oriented

– Knowledge of the construction industry and Engineering disciplines

– Microsoft Office Suite

– AutoCAD/Revit, BIM 360/ACC, & Navisworks

– Able to manage schedule, with a solid understanding of time estimated to complete tasks

What We Offer

• Hiring Base Salary Range:$69,500-$90,750annual
• This position is eligible for time in a halfovertime pay
  

The base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, roles are eligible for additional rewards, including salary increases and annual bonuses based on individual performance. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
