Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a BIM specialist for data center projects. You will administer Autodesk Construction Cloud, manage the common data environment, and drive BIM standards across regions with cross-functional teams.

You’ll develop automation scripts using BIM APIs, QA/QC model data, and produce detailed documentation while collaborating with designers, suppliers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, on-schedule results.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360.
• 2+ years using BIM API and SDKs.
• Min. 3+ years of relevant professional experience in BMS.

Responsibilities

• Administer BIM Common Data Environments (Forma) and other BIM tech.
• Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain BIM solutions.
• Produce comprehensive BIM systems documentation.
• Educate and support primary design technology applications.
• Coordinate BIM data, metadata, and classification with asset databases.
• Perform BIM data QA/QC and analysis.
• Provide BIM technical support to project teams.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards across regions.
• Train internal and external teams on BIM software and procedures.
