Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in building‑related 3D modeling on large, complex MEP‑intensive projects.
• 5+ years experience in BIM administration and tool automation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardization for documentation, file structure and types.
• Consolidate design record documentation and as‑built information.
• Provide quality‑reviewed BIM deliverables to facilities teams.
• Maintain BIM digital assets reflecting current building asset condition.
• Research, introduce, and support BIM technology implementations.
