The role is based in Denver, Loveland, or Sioux Falls and offers hands-on experience in BIM modeling and structural drafting alongside experienced engineers. The position emphasizes building information modeling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and exposure to real project workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an associate’s degree in drafting, architectural/structural engineering technology, or related field.
• Interest in structural design and BIM workflows.
• Coursework or experience in BIM or structural drafting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM models using Revit.
• Support the preparation of structural drawings, details, and model-based documentation.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to incorporate design changes and redlines into models.
• Perform basic model checks to identify clashes or inconsistencies.
• Organize BIM files per company standards and project requirements.
• Extract quantities and schedules to support engineering tasks.
• Participate in coordination meetings across disciplines.
• Follow established BIM standards and learn industry workflows.
