Qualifications

• Degree in design, drafting or engineering technology.
• Ability to interpret multi-discipline engineering and vendor documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication with team members.
• Familiarity with BIM software (Revit) and basic computer skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design group team members to review and exchange project information necessary for design and development.
• Develop BIM models for foundations and steel structures using BIM software.
• Leverage BIM to create plans, drawings, and details.
• Assist in development of department standards and tools.
• Mentor other team members in design and modeling techniques.
