Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated BIM Intern to join our Austin-based team.

You’ll work alongside experienced BIM/VDC engineers on complex commercial and residential construction projects, gaining hands-on experience in MEP coordination, Revit modeling, production of shop and fabrication drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing accurate MEP BIM models in Revit;
• Coordination and clash detection using Navisworks;
• Production of BIM construction drawings using Revit;
• Collaborate with Project Lead to ensure constructability and alignment with field conditions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Mechanical or Civil Engineering program;
• Proficient in drafting with basic understanding of Autodesk Revit (MEP);
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks and Bluebeam;
• Strong motivation to learn;
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
