Job summary

Jobtailor in Cincinnati seeks a BIM Coordinator to coordinate space data, drawings and BIM workflows across projects. You will validate architectural drawings, standardize data, and manage publishing workflows into IWMS platforms.

The role requires 3+ years of AutoCAD and Revit experience, strong communication, and the ability to apply BIM standards while ensuring timely updates to clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Understanding of architectural drawings, data structures and geometry elements.
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience applying BIM standards and workflows.
• Understanding of space data standards such as BOMA.
• Knowledge of FGI guidelines is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project or other project management tools is a plus.
