Qualifications

• 10+ years of CAD/BIM design experience with an architectural/engineering design team.
• Extensive experience in BIM software, especially Revit.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• General understanding of various building types and multi-discipline CAD designs.
• Strong communication and training skills (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for assigned projects.
• Lead coordination between project disciplines (civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical).
• Lead development of 3D Revit models and organize facilities in models.
• Coordinate BIM resources and mentor BIM Designers and Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with CAD/BIM standards prior to engineer review and project milestones.
• Attend project meetings and support scope, budget, and schedule execution.
