Job summary

Garver Engineering is seeking a BIM (Revit) Technician in Fayetteville, AR, to produce drawings and manage workload for the Water Design Center. You will develop 3D BIM Revit models and create detailed plans across multiple disciplines in collaboration with engineers and designers.

The role emphasizes BIM coordination, cross-team communication, and adherence to company QA/QC standards to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of CAD experience with an architectural and/or engineering design team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using BIM software (Revit).
• Experience using MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• General understanding of various building types.

Responsibilities

• Developing 3D BIM Revit models.
• Creating plans, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborating with engineers, designers and other BIM technicians to execute projects and develop detailed design drawings.
• Arranging necessary resources for file sharing and communication to share design files across the company or with clients, subs and contractors.
• Maintaining strong communication with engineers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and avoid conflicts.
• QA/QC to ensure projects adhere to company standards.
