Job summary

FSB Architects + Engineers seeks an Application Support Specialist to be the primary Revit and BIM tech resource across the firm. You will own Revit templates, standards, families, and content, lead upgrades, and develop automation to improve project delivery and quality.

You will train users, resolve advanced issues, and collaborate with IT and design teams to optimize workflows throughout the lifecycle of projects. This role supports production technology and Print Room backup as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical credentials in Design Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Advanced experience with Revit and BIM workflows in an architecture, engineering, or construction environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining Revit templates, families, standards, libraries, and shared parameters.
• Experience with scripting, automation, or Revit API tools is preferred.
• Relevant Autodesk, BIM, or technology certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as firm's primary Revit and BIM technical expert for users across the organization.
• Own and maintain firmwide Revit templates, standards, families, and libraries.
• Lead annual Revit version upgrades, including testing, content updates, deployment coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Develop Revit families, automation, scripts, and other tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Provide training and guidance to strengthen employee capability in BIM workflows.
• Track and manage support requests and coordinate with IT for deployments.
