Job summary

Consciousness Incorporated in Dallas seeks a BIM/Revit Coordinator to keep the federated model accurate—the single source of truth relied on by architecture, structure, MEP and fabrication teams.

You will own and maintain the federated Revit model, set standards, run clash detection, generate fabrication-ready outputs, and support the team with Revit workflows and content. This role empowers coordinated BIM on complex projects and requires clear communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in BIM coordination on building projects.
• Deep Revit proficiency; Navisworks and clash workflows.
• Understanding of structural and MEP coordination.
• Modular, prefab or light-steel experience a plus.
• Organized, detail-driven and a clear communicator.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the federated Revit model across disciplines.
• Set and enforce modeling standards, templates and naming conventions.
• Run clash detection and drive coordination to resolution before fabrication.
• Generate fabrication-ready output and data exports for the line.
• Support the team on Revit workflows, families and content.
