Job summary

City and County of Denver seeks a Building Information Modeling Project Manager I to lead BIM/CIM efforts at Denver International Airport. The role supports horizontal construction with design reviews, standards governance, and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering teams.

You will oversee design compliance, coordinate with designers and contractors, and drive BIM initiatives in alignment with FAA requirements and DEN standards. Strong communication and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Three years of professional level experience in digital facilities, BIM/CIM projects.
Licenses/certifications must be current; valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Perform design review for horizontal construction projects at each design phase and ensure compliance with standards.
Review Design Standards Manual annually and provide revisions input.
Attend staff and planning meetings to share BIM expertise and coordinate with stakeholders.
Plan and conduct project meetings to communicate milestones and resolve issues.
Review change requests and manage impacts on schedule, cost, and resources.
Develop and implement plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and FAA requirements.
