The Opportunity

We are looking for a BIM Project Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams from early planning through execution. This is a strategic role requiring hands-on experience with construction workflows, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery. You will be instrumental in shaping successful outcomes for both preconstruction and active construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project proposals, including scope, schedule, and fee structures.
  • Manage budgets, project timelines, and deliverables with accountability.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary coordination across design and construction phases.
  • Oversee internal team performance and subcontractor deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and updates.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identifying and resolving risks or delays.
  • Ensure BIM-related workflows align with construction execution strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal process improvements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the AECO industry.
  • Proven success coordinating design and construction teams in a BIM/VDC context.
  • Demonstrated experience with proposal development and budget control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project or Primavera, and project management tools.
  • PMP certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience managing projects in healthcare, higher education, industrial, or institutional sectors.
  • Proficiency in BIM/VDC workflows and terminology.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Background in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
