*** is seeking a Commercial Project Manager responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and management of strategic initiatives and projects.

h3>Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities and the responsibilities below as reasonably required by business needs.
h4>Project Planning & Execution:

• Collaborate with internal and external project team members to plan and drive comprehensive project plans, define project scope, set timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate team meetings, agendas, maintain records of meeting notes, action items, and next steps.
• Ensure action items are resolved and documented.
• Interact with team members, including directors and senior staff, to drive the completion of deliverables.
• Monitor performance and track progress of key initiatives and milestones.
• Escalate project delays and identify mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Communicate with internal team members and external customers.
• Collaborate with national cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, field service, project engineering, research & development, and program management.
• Communicate project status updates to core team leaders, team members, and stakeholders.
• Generate and share monthly update reports.

Risk Management:

• Track potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and assess project impact.

Qualifications

• BSc in Science or Engineering.
• Project Management coursework or certification is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) credential is a plus.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in project management.

Skills:
