Qualifications

• Associates degree with a construction management and CAD focus.
• Revit Certification required with familiarity in architectural rendering.
• Understanding of MEP and structural systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all model building for the various project phases.
• Ensures models adhere to LT BIM standards.
• Develops innovative processes to advance the BIM business within LT.

Skills

Working knowledge of Autodesk Building design suite ultimate and premium

Understanding of cloud based BIM applications such as BIM 360

Revit Certified Professional

Education

Associates degree in construction management with CAD focus

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering
