• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Proven work experience in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Generate layout points for sleeves, anchors, walls, inserts, equipment, and other components from Revit models.
• Ensure all points are based on the latest coordinated model and construction documents.
• Export and format point files for use in robotic total station software.
• Collaborate with VDC Specialists and BIM teams to review constructability and field access in point placement.
• Participate in clash review or coordination meetings as needed.
• Maintain logs of issued points, revisions, and associated drawings.
• Use Smartsheet, drawing trackers, and ACC constraints logs to align point creation with schedule milestones.
• Coordinate with Field Layout Specialists to verify point usage and field compatibility.
• Respond to field requests for point modifications or additions.
• Follow standard operating procedures for point naming, numbering, and organization.
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of point files.
