You will collaborate with the constructability team to ensure accuracy and standards compliance on complex electrical projects. The role requires experience with BIM workflows, model population, clash detection, and BIM 360 file management, with a focus on quality control and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in electrical construction BIM experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive 3D models from redlines and construction documents.
• Creates and maintains 2D installation drawings from 3D models.
• Performs model population including conduits, trays, equipment, fixtures, and supports.
• Manages documentation through printing, review, and publishing processes.
• Maintains project setup and folder structures per CEI standards.
• Executes quality control on models and drawings.
• Uses BIM 360 interface for file management and issue tracking.
• Performs clash detection and coordination reviews.
• Communicates within the team regarding deliverables and technical needs.
