Job summary

McHugh Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a project coordination assistant focused on 3D BIM modeling of cast-in-place concrete work.

You will manage submittals, RFIs, and construction documents, integrating Tekla models with field execution on projects in the Nashville area. This role requires an associate degree or higher and 1–2 years of construction exposure; BIM experience with Tekla is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required.
• 1–2 years construction experience a plus.
• Experience with BIM required; Tekla is a strong plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and create 3D model of cast-in-place concrete work using model coordinates.
• Assist in discovery of design errors and interference issues.
• Create models to show 3D representations to general contractor or owner.
• Generate and track RFIs and submittals; maintain status reports.
• Coordinate with project superintendent and general contractor for clear communication.
• Detail layout shop drawings using Tekla Structures.
• Support safe working standards and on-site inspections.
• Perform other duties as required.
