We'd love to have you as a shareholder! # ## **YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:*** Capable of successfully performing all tasks of a BIM Modeler II* Work with Family Development Team for the revised standards or for a project’s needs* Lead and supervise the modeling and documentation of projects.* Provide effective verbal and written direction to support staff.* Manage all aspects of assigned projects including project models, advising on resource needs, progress, and potential impacts on scope/schedule/budget.* Create and maintain Electrical Revit model using backgrounds from other trades following all REI standards* Work with a diverse team across multiple departments and disciplines* Supervise the layout and input of marked‐up drawings into Revit in accordance with REI Standards* Acknowledgement of any/all REI confidentially and/or non-Disclosure requirements pursuant to this position.
