Job summary

United Integrated Services (USA) seeks a BIM Modeler to join our design team in North Phoenix, AZ. You will develop design documents and create digital 3D models based on project needs, coordinating with lead architects and engineers.

The ideal candidate has BIM/VDC experience in commercial construction and proficiency with REVIT or Navisworks to develop drawings, with strong communication and collaborative skills, and the ability to update models reflecting as-built conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction engineering, or a relevant field.
• 2+ years of BIM/VDC coordination experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.), and MS Power Apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand architectural and structural drawings and details.
• Produce new drawings or edit existing prints based on system department needs and directions.
• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
• Demonstrate an understanding of drafting methods, layering, X-References, dimensioning, model space/paper space, viewports, and scaling.
• Ability to use REVIT and Navisworks to develop and monitor designs.
• Monitor and detect clashes within drawings, using Navisworks.
• Update models to reflect as-built conditions.

Summary

United Integrated Services (USA) is looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our lead architects and engineers to develop design documents and create digital 3D models based on project needs. The ideal candidate experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Visual Design & Construction (VDC) in a commercial construction environment, using REVIT or Navisworks to develop drawings.

** This is a full-time onsite position located in North Phoenix, AZ **

Additional Requirements

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. May be required to travel to other sites within Arizona to perform certain work functions. International travel may be required.

• Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, or active job sites, depending on project requirements.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests.
• Interaction with powered industrial equipment, tools, and vehicles.
