Job summary

JKRP Architects seeks a BIM/CAD Manager with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team in Philadelphia. You will drive BIM standards, templates, and content libraries across multi-family, entertainment, restaurant, and retail projects.

Open to full- or part-time candidates, with in-office and remote work options. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and clash detection is essential for success. You will lead training and coordinate with disciplines to implement firm BIM procedures.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in BIM/CAD management or design/drafting/family creation.
• Extensive knowledge of A/E/C industry processes and life cycle.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and BlueBeam.
• Working knowledge of Solibri, Navisworks Manage, and BIMLink.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate BIM organizational structure and improve to support productivity and design quality.
• Assess methods and provide improvement recommendations.
• Identify strategic goals and lead quality BIM project delivery.
• Coordinate Revit standards and firm-wide BIM templates.
• Lead development and maintenance of discipline content libraries.
• Automate BIM routines to support standards and efficiency.
• Define QA/QC standards and reviews for BIM models.
• Lead discipline coordination and clash detection/resolution processes.
• Lead in-house training on new software features and BIM procedures.
• Onboard and train staff in Revit and BIM best practices.
