Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years' experience in BIM/MEP coordination.
• Fluency in Revit (current version).
• Ability to read 2D plans and 3D layout drawings.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, drawings, and schedule.
• Coordinate between MEP subcontractors during construction.
• Validate MEP design issues and suggest fixes.
• Create and manage MEP shop drawings and submittals.
• Incorporate client markups and changes into deliverables.
• Maintain change and version control of design files.
