Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM workflows.
• Experience in design development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM, VDC, Coordination, and Shop Drawing processes.
• Establish and enforce GMI standards for projects.
• Monitor and track department effectiveness.

Skills

Understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems

Experience in Revit

Communication and collaboration

Experience in coordination and shop drawings

Leadership abilities

Commitment to staying updated in BIM technology

Education

Experience in Pharma/BioTech Industry with BIM/VDC
