Job summary

Grahamjobs is seeking a Mid Level BIM / VDC Coordinator to support electrical construction projects across Greensboro, Charlotte, or Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on coordinating BIM, developing 3D models, and ensuring accurate documentation in collaboration with project teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in BIM/VDC, proficiency with Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Onsite work with cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of BIM/VDC experience.
Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Bluebeam.
Electrical layout experience in Revit preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate BIM for assigned electrical construction projects.
Create and maintain 3D models, shop drawings, construction documents, and as-builts.
Perform clash detection and coordinate solutions with project teams.
Develop electrical layouts using contract documents and Electrical Code requirements.
Produce quantity takeoffs, bills of materials, and schedules.
Support onsite layout, field installation, and project coordination.
Provide technical BIM support to project managers and superintendents.
Maintain accurate and current BIM documentation.
