HMC Architects is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy, establish standards, and mentor staff across studios. You will oversee digital assets, cloud collaboration, and technology initiatives to improve efficiency and data-driven design.

The role requires strong leadership, vast BIM experience in AEC, and expertise with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and related tools. Remote work eligibility is limited by state payroll compliance, with some travel anticipated.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of AEC industry experience with strong understanding of all project phases.
• Minimum 5 years managing BIM workflows across full project lifecycles.
• Strong design and technical background with experience delivering training programs.
• Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and BIM software; Revit API preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Navisworks, CAD platforms; familiarity with Rhino, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Experience with tools such as UNIFI Content Catalog, Guardian, Ideate Software, Clarity, and Dynamo.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Mansioni

• Support project teams through BIM execution planning, technical leadership, and ongoing model quality control.
• Mentor and guide Project BIM Leads while ensuring BIM standards and workflows.
• Perform regular model audits and maintain interoperability across project models.
• Develop, curate, and manage digital assets and content libraries.
• Champion BIM technologies firmwide and advance data-rich models for automation and AI workflows.
• Elevate metadata quality and ensure strategic information management across projects.
• Manage software deployments, licensing, and cloud platforms including ACC.
• Track and report metrics related to technology use and ROI.
• Design and deliver training programs from fundamentals to advanced workflows.
• Lead or participate in R&D, tool evaluations, and new process implementations.
• Partner with leadership to identify BIM and technology engagement opportunities.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
