HMC Architects is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM strategies, establish standards, and drive efficiency across project teams. You will mentor leads, perform model audits, manage digital assets, and advance data-rich workflows leveraging ACC and Revit.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach to training, with a focus on interoperability and innovative technology adoption across studios.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of AEC industry experience with strong understanding of all project phases.
• Minimum 5 years managing BIM workflows across full project lifecycles.
• Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and BIM-related software; knowledge of the Revit API preferred.
• Solid understanding of Navisworks, CAD platforms, and industry best practices; familiarity with Rhino, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Content Catalog (UNIFI), Guardian, Ideate Software, Clarity, and Dynamo.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Support project teams through BIM execution planning, technical leadership, and ongoing model quality control.
• Mentor Project BIM Leads and ensure BIM standards across studios.
• Perform model audits and coordinate with consultants; maintain interoperability across models.
• Develop, curate, and manage digital assets, detail libraries, and content to strengthen delivery.
• Champion BIM technologies firmwide and advance data-rich models for automation and AI workflows.
• Elevate metadata quality and information management across projects.
• Manage software deployments, licensing, and cloud platforms, including ACC.
• Track metrics related to technology initiatives and ROI.
• Design and deliver training programs for BIM users.
• Lead or contribute to R&D, pilots, and evaluations of new tools and processes.
• Partner with leadership to identify BIM engagement opportunities.
