Qualifications

- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage direct reports.
- Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital project delivery for plan/spec, design-assist, and design-build projects.
- Coordinate electrical models, one-line diagrams, lighting, and controls.
- Ensure models are constructible, fabrication-ready, and aligned with installation workflows.
- Collaborate with field leadership to integrate labor efficiency and prefabrication strategies.
- Support value engineering with cost-effective technical solutions without sacrificing safety or quality.
- Coordinate with project managers and operations to align BIM deliverables with schedules and budgets.
